Delivery Charges

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
  A delivery charge of PKR 380 + 4% Tax will be applied to all COD orders.

• Prepaid / Non-COD Orders:
  A flat delivery charge of PKR 300 will be applied to all prepaid (non-COD) orders.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Order Confirmation

• For COD orders, you may receive a confirmation call or message before your order is dispatched.

• Failure to confirm your order may result in cancellation.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• In case of refused or undeliverable COD orders, future orders may require prepayment.
